NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days from which shipment is received.
All exchanges dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to
shop@RockPaperVizz.com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise.
Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and printed receipts when returned.
Rock Paper Vizz is not responsible for shipping charges for returns. Changes to any order including, change of address, switching items, adding might result in a 15% processing fee.
Discount codes cannot be processed after the purchase. Sorry no exceptions.

We will not accept and exchanges 15 days after we’ve emailed you with a confirmation.
Exchange orders may take up to 5-10 business days to ship, upon receipt of returned items. New tracking information will be issued on all exchanges.
